Have I told u guyz that one of my bff is getting married? Yes, bff Aning is engaged to Eufort. Clap.clap.clap! By the way both of them are close friends of mine way back in college and still are. No, I don’t wanna talk about their love story here… all I wanna share is their pegs for their pre nup.

Here’s the scenario, my friend wanted a beach wedding and likewise their pre nup will also be at the beach, but she wanted to have a bit of twist like a vintage effect. I realized that the couple-to-be both love photography. When I heard about her dilemma, I remembered a perfect example of what she wanted. (The Allen-Roselle pre-nuptial)

Here are some of my fave pics from their prenup taken from mango red site

I told her to bring up the idea to their photographer and send the pegs. Fingers crossed… Best Wishes and Congrats to both of U…

Yesterday’s blog was about Nature Themed Wedding. It was for a friend who’s currently planning their wedding. After exchanged of comments on FB, an unexpected message came that say, “sis, anong theme sa wedding ko?” Funny it may seem but I was also amazed that friends value my opinion regarding one of the most memorable events of their lives.

To my good friend MJ, wedding is a passion for me. You made me realize and consider wedding planning as a potential future career. Super kilig naman ako dun sis and of course, you can count on me!

A friend and I were discussing possible places to hold their wedding. When I think of NATURE themed, mango or any fruit bearing trees or just trees comes to mind. I guess the following set up would give us a better picture…

Eyeloveit… (photos taken from www.weddingenthusiast.com)

How about this?

Lovely, isn’t it?

Lots of ideas are coming. But does anyone know a place in Bohol for a nice nature themed? My friend needs your comment…

When we were at Bohol Tropics to reserve Seglim for our reception, another soon to be wed, a foreigner and a kabayan were also there making their reservations.  What got our attention was, the happy guy showing his copy of Bohol Chronicles, a local newspaper featured their wedding. Imagine today’s paper headline is your wedding??? I’m just exaggerating because we really found it funny at first.

So as I was googling Bohol weddings, I found this website www.boholchronicle.com and you guess it right, our wedding was featured in the lifestyles section January 2, 2011 issue by Ms. Gloria Araneta. (Funny uh)By the way, Ms. Araneta was our reception commentator. Part of her package is a write up in the local news. Click to follow the link.

She deserves it… clap…clap…clap

As I run through my previous blogs, I noticed that something or someone is missing. Bridal gown miraculously done, checked! CDI designs, checked! Meeting with Slystudios and Jaypee Noche, checked! Gotcha! Wedding wouldn’t be that fabulous without flowers and arrangement by Michael Yu and Ven Dumadag of Fabulous Events.

At first I was very hesitant to meet them because, since they can do magic in turning flowers into an art, I had an impression that it would be very expensive. And so I thought of meeting other suppliers but none of them satisfy my taste… (d’ bridezilla in me… teehee) It was time to meet Fabulous Events.

After some basic info about the wedding and told them what I like and showed them some of my pegs, Presto! They knew what to do. Then to test the waters with regards to the budget, no sweat! They are more willing to accommodate. So the meeting was a blast! Even hubby was impressed. Not to mention the ice cream and coffee treat from fabulous duo. Thank you guys!

Here’s the pics…

My previous post on giveaways was about our choices but the top pick was the coffee mug. Since we weren’t able to find a decent apple shape mug, luckily a better design came up. Hubby and I were so excited when we saw the lay-out… can’t wait to see it in action in our wedding day.

Look at these designs… isn’t it fabulous??? Clap...clap...clap

Actually these mugs are affordable. The lady behind is no other than Ms. Evelyn of ceramikhauscebu. For more info: email her at ceramikhaus@yahoo.com or log on to http://www.ceramikhaus.com

Hello everyone!!! I’m so happy today because first, hubby and I will be flying to Phils for our wedding a month from now. As much as possible I want to finalize everything here so just some follow-ups when we get there.

Second, Darlene emailed me the misalette and monogram designs. 70 days to go before D day, so in order to save some money and since we have hitech printer, we’ll be printing the misalettes, thank you tags and table numbers here.

Imagine how stressful it could be??? But thank God, Darlene made my day.

Check them out…

Our monogram – simple yet stylish…i love the font!

Note: This isn’t final yet since I made some request to Darlene to have revision a little bit on the color combination since I wanted my stationery to be all uniform in color.

If anybody out there who has an idea to upgrade the design please let me know…I love to hear from you….

xoxo
